Day 21

Day 21 - solo time or in other words έσβησα μάνα μου So! Today taking time for myself in such a slow "non productive way" was accompanied with a bit of guilt or even shame. #relateable Cause, you know, I am in Paris and there was sun and I could walk to the Eiffel tower, or to another awesome place, meet some friends and people who wanted to meet me, walk around, buy some food or vegan chocolate, go check that store with the backpacks because I need to replace mine soon, go to a park and read my book, explore the city and the magic of the day... You know, productive stuff. But no. Kristina needed her solo time today, to turn off the engine and do nothing. And in the nothingness I did things, which other days I wouldn't even be able to, I would just stay in bed and scroll and sleep and scroll and nap. (Did you ever had that?) And maybe get out of bed just to pee and to eat whatever cold leftover there could be scavanged from the fridge and crawl back in the cave of pillow...

Day 24

Day 24 - discovering life Truth is what I had lost on my way was my discovering lenses. Approaching life and places and people with curiosity and acceptance. Just an attitude of exploring and seeing the world through the eyes of a child. I feel confident and empowered and today I met beautiful people and places and trees 😆🧚🏽‍♀️ Really energized and refreshed, very grateful for the last few days I spend in Paris. I am again on the walk, continuing my journey and exploring life! Aho.

Day 29

Day 29 - be busy with what you enjoy 4 bullets for today • Your messages! People! Thank you! Really! I bring my heart out there even if it's scary, with the hope that there will be people who will feel less alone, who will breathe with me, for me, for them. People who need to see that these moments exist and that we are indeed able to go through them. The messages I received from yesterday's video are incredible. You are not alone and thank you for being there for me too. We got this!💪🏽 • The guy and my thigh I hitchhiked two times today. The first one was a lovely french lady and the second one was an invasive french guy. I won't elaborate on this, I talked about boundaries before, yet, today, in that car, dressed as a potato bag, without make up, perfume or even nail polish, with my facemask hiding most of my face and without speaking (as he wasn't speaking English) I learned that rape culture is real. I am glad I was grounded and I was able to speak up that...
